'Inspiring agencies to excel and achieve'

The aim of the e-Award is to inspire Australian government agencies to excel and innovate. The Award recognises the most outstanding, successful project of an Australian government agency, from federal, state/territory and local governments, in their delivery of e-government services, based on the impact it has had on the lives of Australian citizens, the community and business.

The e-Award was introduced in 2006 and is coordinated by AGIMO for the Special Minister of State, the Hon. Gary Nairn, MP and it is judged by a panel of experts in the e-government field from government and industry.
